Low = 24 hour response
Medium = 8 hour response
High = 4 hour response
We are Open from
08:00 am to 09:00 pm Mon - Sat
If your call is urgent and raised to us before 17.00 hrs you are guaranteed a response by 21:00 hrs the same evening under your support agreement break fix contract.
Please be aware that we reply
within 1 hour of your call being
logged via the automated email notification service.
